Privilege 510 Sailing Catamaran
The intelligent line management system that allows you to trim and adjust your sails without ever leaving the helm.

Intelligent Line Management

Short-handed sailing is the norm for a liveaboard cruiser. This is why the 510 Circumnavigator is designed with an intelligent line management system that allows you to trim and adjust your sails without ever leaving the helm. Single line reefing, main halyard, main sheet and genoa sheets are led to two electric winches right at the helm. The genoa is also easily controlled by the standard electric furling system.

Comfort in All Weather

All-weather protection is fundamental to extended cruising. The 510 Circumnavigator helm features a hard dodger and full enclosure. Again, the fact that the boat can be sailed without leaving the helm is also a great benefit while sailing in cold weather. The large cockpit is protected by a hardtop that extends right back to the aft platform. Once the full enclosure is lowered, a large, comfortable weatherproof living area is created that connects beautifully to the salon.

Privilege 510 Main Bedroom
This cabin configuration aboard the Privilege 510 catamaran spans the entire forward hull. There is plenty of natural light and ventilation thanks to the large windows.

OWNER'S Suite

No yacht can be considered a serious liveaboard without a proper owner’s suite. For life aboard, an island bed is a must. Because storage is so important, we have dedicated the entire port forward hull as a storage and dressing area. Hanging closets, shelving, shoe racks and a vanity make life aboard a pleasure and never a compromise. The large shower and toilet are in separate areas. We can also customize the suite to make it truly your sanctuary.

Secure, easy to use Davit System

The ability to easily launch and raise your dinghy is critical to the liveaboard sailor.

The electrical pendular system on the 510 Circumnavigator is designed to be operated by one person. The other important benefit is the security of resting the dinghy directly on the vessel’s aft deck. No dinghy is left hanging precariously above the water during a passage.

Privilege 510 Galley
An overview of the galley and salon aboard the Privilege 510 catamaran. The large, well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space. Large overhead hatches provide plenty of light and ventillation.

Liveaboard Galley

Counter space, storage and refrigeration. These key strengths are what make the 510 Circumnavigator galley so functional for a liveaboard adventure. Surrounded by counter space, cooking is made easier. A two-drawer refrigerator is supported by a larger second fridge/freezer unit for extended time aboard. Life aboard is also more convenient thanks to a large floor to ceiling pantry. A dishwasher is also standard.

Building the Privilege 510: Part 1

The really good news about the new 510 is that it isn’t a completely new design. The hull from the former 5 Series has changed little as it has proven to be a solid design for long distance, liveaboard cruising.
